The Great Wall of NEDZA (Poverty...)
(Kitchen Edition — July 2026)
It started with a single loose tile. You know the kind—the one that rattles slightly when you're just trying to boil a kettle. At Studio Drafting London, we don't do things by halves. We decided that the tile had to go. Then its neighbor had to go. Then, the entire wall decided to leave too.
As it turns out, the original builders used a cement mix that was more loyal than a Golden Retriever. When those tiles came off, they didn't come alone; they took a significant portion of the structural wall with them. What was supposed to be a quick spruce-up turned into a full-scale archaeological dig of our own kitchen.
From Chaos to Craft
After the initial shock (and some very creative use of professional drafting language), we got to work. The wall was re-plastered, reinforced, and finished with sleek new PVC wall panels—a solution that's as durable as it is stylish. To top it off, we restored the old wooden kitchen table, bringing a touch of history back to our fresh, upright walls.
