Service Description
A comprehensive measured survey service combined with precise CAD plans for your property, capturing accurate dimensions, levels and building features using laser scanning or manual survey techniques as appropriate. The deliverables include scaled floor plans, annotated with basic dimensions. All drawings are produced in industry-standard CAD formats, layer-organized for seamless integration with your BIM or design workflow, and can be supplied as DWG or PDF files.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Measured Survey, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll be happy to rearrange your appointment at no charge. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, illness, or technical issues), we'll contact you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
